The price for the quality was far more affordable than any other company and everyone was very accommodating. Adrian Salazar was super thorough going through my options and I felt zero pressure to upgrade or buy anything at all. This quality has been rare in my experience. The windows were ready to install in 4 weeks but I kept having to reschedule for a few weeks out due to unexpected emergencies, and Eric Rice got it rescheduled immediately every time with no questions asked. Really appreciate the flexibility. Dell and his team did the install and everything looks great, especially the aluminum capping on the outside. It looks great and seamless with the existing trim and window. Mike also came out to do some finishing touches and take a look at a concern I had (there ended up being no issue).

There was miscommunication and/or misunderstanding. The wrong door was ordered and I was again misinformed but for some reason I was made to feel like I was the one who didn’t understand. I tried to work with a door that was ordered to replace a wrong one ordered. They came out and measured. I have not been able to get a response, quote, anything. I still need 2 doors and some windows but I will go elsewhere to complete my project. :(

In addition, he quoted me a price I was happy with, so I ordered my windows today. Adrian then walked me through what to expect on installation day and gave me all the necessary supporting documents required by my HOA. I look forward to my new windows!

I worked directly with the owner, Tyler, who was very helpful in getting me the windows that I needed and was able to expedite the process to meet my short timeline. They replaced 26 windows (including capping the mouldings and sills) on an older split level home and the difference is amazing. Looks like a new house! Windows look great, the installation crew did a fantastic job & project cost was within budget. The process from start to finish was exceptional.
