  Austin was great!! I could tell he really cared about his work and results. He was friendly and we engaged in conversation other than what he was doing. He did explain all he was doing 🙂. If I ever need a plumber again, he’s the first I would request.

  Mr. Ferguson was a pleasant and professional technician. I was however not informed of your "flat rate" when contacting your services. I had already done the work of prep, removal and purchased everything necessary. Demanding $1500 for the remaining work was predatory, if not fraud. Superior should refund my "service charge" for failure to disclose. If they do not, I will never again use nor recommend your service.

  Superior Plumbing truly lives up to its name! After a pipe leak in our home, they promptly sent technicians to assist us within a couple of hours. Andrew Cunningham was exceptional! He quickly assessed the problem and demonstrated his expertise by recalling information about the original plumbers and the timeframe of our home's construction, even before we informed him. This highlighted his knowledge of the situation and him knowing the best solution. Additionally, Andrew recommended a highly-rated restoration company to help with the necessary repairs to the floors and cabinet. He made sure to answer all our questions and educated us on potential issues to watch for in the future. If you're looking for outstanding service, I highly recommend contacting Superior Plumbing!

  My Technician was great. He really was. Super nice guy, knowledgeable, respectful, i give him A+. The price that I was charged by the company however, is absurd. I’m a fairly technical person, I know how to snake a drain and troubleshoot issues, I’m decently handy. Because I recently had surgery im currently unable to lift and remove a toilet. My tech had to remove the toilet and snake the drain, and the clog was fixed within probably 15 minutes. He then used the camera which I’m told is very expensive, to inspect the pipe for issues. This is a brand new house mind you. For a grand total of approximately 1 hour of work including cleanup, I was blessed with a nice hefty bill of $1209. I understand equipment costs, but that’s a cost of operating a business and that pipe camera paid for itself with probably the first 20 customers, at these rates. For this reason I’ll never use this company again, and will not recommend. Again my tech was fantastic, really great guy not a reflection on him at all. $1209 for a 60 minute toilet clog is absolutely and utterly out of this world.

  We had a great experience with Superior Plumbing - again. We had a pipe leaking and dripping into the garage. I called themand they scheduled Michah Starnes, who arrived in less than 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the problem and pointed it out, and gave me a fast estimate. Then within a half hour, Micah had the leak repaired, and our water was back on. The Superior team really worked well together and got it done fast. They will definitely be our choice for plumbing repairs and additions.
