  Stem on houses water shutoff valve was leaking one drop per 30 minutes late in evening. Chelsea took call and technician Ken arrived early (0800) next morning. Ken was thorough, understood and explained the best pricing option. He not only quickly and cleanly repaired the old old valve but moved it's location away from the flourescent light below it to a much better , more accessible location. This required 2 pipe section repairs but he had the right tools. The job required finding and isolating the house from the road. Superior plumbing's Ken finished the job and cleaned up everything in just over an hour. Two new valves, a shutoff ball valve and a pressure regulator were replaced.

  Charles was great. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He arrived earlier than expected and was courteous and polite. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing for any and all your plumbing needs. My mother in law had a similar experience with another technician and was equally impressed. Again, highly recommended!

  Water heater died a sudden death this afternoon. After phone call to Superior Plumbing, technician (Micah) was here in 35 minutes and installed a new water heater in less than two hours. Micah walked me through the entire process and ensured that we had hot water before he left. Excellent job! Superior is expensive, but they’re excellent and responsive, and they stand behind their work.

  Very nice professional, quality service. And it was very quick. I called on Sunday and they were there first thing Monday morning. When you don’t have hot water, and you need fast help, they are great. But, it was over $800 an expansion tank replacement. That’s a 30 dollar part, some shop supplies, and 25 minutes of labor. They are very upfront about their pricing. There were no surprises. And again… I am grateful for the fast, quality service. But it was extremely expensive.

  Update after work completed on 12/19/25: I had an excellent experience with Superior Plumbing replacing my water service line. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. John, Nelson, Colten, and Coron were on site and did an outstanding job. The crew worked seamlessly as a team, showed up on time, and handled a major repair with care and precision. They were respectful of my property, kept the work area as clean as possible throughout the job, and made sure everything was restored properly once the work was complete. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing, and especially want to recognize John, Nelson, Colten, and Coron for their professionalism and excellent workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. ———————— Superior Plumbing provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Jay B helped me at the start and answered all of my questing during my multiple calls. Micah and Damon came out promptly to assess our exterior plumbing damage, thoroughly explained the issue, and provided a clear, detailed quote for the work. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made the entire process stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in both the quality of their work and their customer service. I will update this review once the work is scheduled and the repairs are complete. If my initial experience is any indication, I’m confident the rest of the process will be just as excellent.
