I like that they posted some pricing info on their website and it aligned with what the technician quoted after inspecting the water heater. He had the parts he needed in the truck and we are back to hot showers already!

Joseph, my sales rep, was prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with. Mike, my installer, and his crew were as efficient as I've seen. Their workmanship was great, and they were in and out in one day. And unlike many contractors, it was no problem having them in the house. And ... they were also price competitive. I don't think we could have had a better experience.

He is not only very knowledgeable about his trade and his industry knowledge but has a phenomenal way of explaining this to us in simple terms we can understand. He has infinite patience and does not mind coming back to fix or complete a project that might not be 110% correct. He is located a significant distance from us and tonight he stayed until well after normal hours until he made sufficient progress on our plumbing issue. This obviously resulted in him missing out on some time at home, and he never complained a single second or gave us any indication of being rushed ot leave... he simply focused on the task at hand and stayed as long is it took to get it done to our satisfaction. This day and age, it is rare to hire a contractor who has this level of professionalism courtesy, and skill. Dealing with Brian is a breath of fesh air. Thank you Brian!

I had a second opinion because I was told I need a full replacement from cool ray and Alexander from Reliable came out and made a simple fix. Alexander saved me a lot of money and stress and I will 100% be using them every time going forward. Update 1 day later - furnace went out again and they are unable to come out and fix it due to a separate company installing the AC unit.

The heating and cooling company has been delaying the resolution for far too long with no accountability. I have called several times, and every single time the response is the same: “We’ll take your contact details, and someone will call you ASAP.” No one ever calls back. Days go by with no response. They were supposed to replace parts in the furnace located in the attic. I was told that a quote for the required parts was emailed to me, but I never received any email—not even after multiple follow-ups. There is zero communication or follow-through. To make matters worse, they turned off the heating on the first floor completely, and the second-floor heating is barely working. We are left dealing with this in cold conditions while they continue to delay. Their service is the worst you can imagine—unresponsive, unorganized, and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
