Integrated Home Solutions, LLC (IHS) was established in 2004 to serve residential and commercial clients in Woodstock, GA and the surrounding area. Over the years, our service area has expanded and now includes all of the Metro Atlanta area.
Our growth has largely been possible through a single-minded commitment and focus on customer service and expertise.
We provide ongoing personnel training and require our technicians to meet certification requirements in a number of engineering and technical disciplines, as well as maintain an Electrical Contracting License with the state of Georgia. IHS is also a member of CEDIA, the international trade association for 3,700 member companies that represent every facet of the ever-evolving technology market.

As this was quite a significant purchase, we did extensive research and then reached out to, and interviewed, three separate companies. We asked detailed questions, as we wanted to understand how they were going to install and connect it to our home. Of these three, based on each company's interactions and responses, Integrated Home Solutions was the clear choice. They were very knowledgeable and had the best install configuration that gave us peace of mind. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive quote. We chose them because we felt very confident in their ability and experience; it's worth noting that one of our good friends recommended them to us as well, after he became a satisfied customer. IHS gave us a sense of strong company values both through their communications and actions. We could tell that customer service, excellence, integrity, and providing the right solution for us was important to them. These values were displayed through the entire process from the first meeting to the completion of the job. We highly recommend them and are very happy with our choice.

Clay was fabulous to work with through our planning stages, the fellas that came and did the work were courteous and professional! They were all so kind and helpful answering all our questions. We were pleasantly surprised that the install moved along much quicker than we anticipated 🙌🙌 It wasn’t but 2 months before we lost power for several hours and it kicked in smoothly and we were up and runnings without a hiccup! We are more than pleased!!!
