The manager, Josh was very nice about the fact that I did not want the carpet cut on the parking lot as I did not consider the parking lot to be clean enough and may bring allergens inside (I have allergies.) We had to put off the final laying of the carpet for next day as they took the carpet back and got machine cut in-house for us. So I was happy about it all. Cost of the Carpet was reasonable too.
