Arrived promptly a couple hours after I called about problem cooling in 9 year old Trane unit that we found during diagnostics had leaking from 3 year old TXV valve install from different company installation and the warranty did not cover leaks. Brandon quickly diagnosed the problem and waived the $95 trip visit service fee since we had to purchase the leak detection diagnostics , repair, and very expensive refrigerant to refill the system after repairing the leak. Happy to have it Cool again on these warm days we are getting in November. Don't delay calling for repairs if your system loses cooling power If I had waited till Spring much more of the 10lbs capacity of refrigerant may have leaked out and cost even more than worth it to refill an older unit.

When he arrived he made sure my systems were going to work their very best this winter. His recommendations for drain switches were great because I have had problems with my ceiling flooding in the past. I highly recommend All Airs and hope to see Thomas on my spring maintenance come next year.

Daniel and Francisco showed up on time and finished the installation of two furnaces and two AC units in two days. Two very hard working guys. I was impressed and we’re enjoying having a warm house again.
