After recent flooding, we were advised to use their services with the assurance that it would help us secure new flooring through our insurance. The team arrived promptly, had us sign paperwork before fully explaining the process, and then began work. When they removed our floors, I repeatedly asked if we would be receiving replacements and was told to “trust the process.” Unfortunately, our insurance claim was ultimately denied. The company’s owner visited our home and informed us that we needed a Public Adjuster (PA), assuring us that our claim was not a loss—I have this interaction recorded. However, the PA never followed up,and despite all this, the company still received payment from the insurance. We, on the other hand, were left with nothing but torn-up flooring—something we could have lived with a while longer had we known the outcome. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing. Please be cautious and don’t be misled by promises of guaranteed results. In our case, it felt like we were treated as just another paycheck.

Attached are just a few pictures of their terrible workmanship and how they treat your property. A couple of things were remedied with my husband's instruction because their employees aren't skilled in rebuilds. They don't have "divisions". They only have day laborers. I absolutely do not recommend.
