- MMMickey Mason4 days ago5.0Garret removed my existing HVAC system and installed a new system. He and his helper did an incredible job. Everything looks great and he explained everything in detail as to how to use the system. I’m very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.
- JGJames Gravitt5 days ago1.0A rusted pipe was discussed and supposed to be replaced on day of installation. After installation we contacted our “home comfort advisor” regarding the pipe not being replaced and she suddenly doesn’t remember because she goes to so many houses. We were also needing to have vents put in two rooms. This was planned and then told that it couldn’t be done. However, we have a different company coming this week to take care of this. Basically this company will blow up your phone and be in and out when they want something such as your $. After that the people who said call them regarding anything and they will take care of you, disappear and don’t remember you or the job. Don’t be fooled by the bubbly personality. It’s all about commission.

It was around 7:30pm on s Friday night when our realtor called a friend at Reliable Heating and Air. On a Friday night and on his way home,!! he made a detour to come to my house after sending him some pis of the valve and pipes. Floyd arrived a bit after 8:30 pm. By 9 he was done and the cost was reasonable. Floyd was a true professional and all around nice guy. I cant tell you how thankful I am that Floyd was willing to add one more stop to what was already very long day. I would highly recommend Floyd and Reliable Heating And Air to anyone in need of heating, Plumbing or Electrical services.
