  I truly wish I had followed my gut on this one. The Google profile reflects only 7 reviews which was odd to me for an established business, but I went against my gut because the initial on-site visit with Mark went very well, but everything went downhill immediately after that. It makes sense now, maybe they have created a new Google page to mask horrible reviews in another profile. Here’s what went wrong: 1. I was initially told I needed to pay 100% upfront, despite the written quote clearly stating a 50% deposit. I was told this was because they’ve “been burned before.” I told them there’s no way I would be doing that, then was I emailed saying 50% would be accepted. That should have been my sign to walk away. 2. Any update I received was only because I called to ask. Calls were never answered.. instead, I’d receive emails. On one occasion, I called and was later emailed that my call wasn’t answered because she was eating. That is unacceptable customer service, especially after spending $8,000 on doors. 3. I was never given the option for delivery and had to arrange my own pickup. When my crew arrived, they were told there could have been a delivery. When I questioned this, the response was: “I assumed you knew.” That assumption cost me time and money. 4. It took nearly 8 weeks to receive standard doors. My one custom door was delayed an additional 3 weeks in top of that due to the manufacturer allegedly sending the wrong door. After the third promised completion date, I cancelled that door altogether. While the owner did issue a refund (stating he “normally doesn’t”), I was already significantly delayed, continuing to wait was not an option and refunding me wasn’t doing me any favors. In addition, I was not given a “door schedule” with the doors for install until AFTER I emailed. The door schedule lists out the door and the hardware that belongs with it. My installer was playing a game of trying to figure out what hardware went for each door etc. until he gave up and said we need direction on these doors and I messaged them. 5. Every single door arrived with scratches and visible imperfections, front to back. They tried to blame transport and handling, but every door had damage. This was not minor, it was consistent and unacceptable for new doors. Attached pics for 2 of the 8. This experience delayed my entire project, cost me additional time and money, and caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this company!! And if you do, proceed with extreme caution!!
