Hello, this opinion is for anyone who may be interested, especially the owners and executives of the Concrete Supply company in Fayetteville, Ga. Today, 10/23/2023, at 1:35 pm, I called the phone number that is on the website, and Immediately afterwards a lady answers me, to whom I begin to ask for information about dump truck services, I ask her to contact the dispatcher, but she tells me that I have to write to her by email, I ask for said email, she begins to spell it to me, and when I start to speak to rectify the address, I don't know and I don't understand why this lady got upset and started speaking badly to me, especially because I have a Latin accent, I told her that I was driving and so she spoke to me even worse, telling me offensive and derogatory words bordering on the racist, I told her, look, you don't have to talk like that, especially I am a client and I need information about the services, but she didn't care and hung up on me, this situation made me think As a company owner, I am and my question is, how is it possible that someone who does not know how to talk and treat clients is in charge of the first contact with the company, I am sure and I wonder how many clients this lady treated badly??? and how many businesses??? They have been lost because of this person's behavior; I would never allow someone like that on my team, please it would be very good if you took action about it, because it leaves a lot to be desired, I hope this doesn't happen to anyone, because I really felt frustrated Offended and discriminated against by the way this lady treated me. If you ask me for my opinion, this may be a very good start in your job as such, but people like this ruin everything good that the company may have, especially since it is the first contact, I hope my opinion helps so that this situation is corrected and not happens to any customer who wants the services of CONCRETE SUPPLY in Fayetteville GA.
