For over $300,000, I expected more detail and better design. The overall quality of homes seems to have declined over the years. These homes should at least offer a formal living and dining room downstairs, along with a shower and tub combo in the master bathroom. There’s also no covered patio. The kitchen cabinets are on the smaller side, though the pantry and island with sink are definite highlights. While the living area is spacious, it lacks a fireplace, which would add warmth and character. As a new homebuyer, you don’t want to have to spend even more money just to make your home look appealing…most people expect to only make small, personal upgrades, not major improvement Overall, it feels like you’re paying a premium for the basic structure, and would still need to invest more to make the home truly feel worth the price.
