I was relieved and VERY pleased with my first, but not last, experience with Clark's Heating & Air. I heard meowing coming from my cold air return and called Clark's to come out and investigate. Turned out that the duct wasn't fully connected and was partially crushed. The poor connection had allowed all kinds of debris from underneath my house to accumulate on the coils. The technician, Dustin, showed me photos of everything and reviewed a proposed plan and costs for the repairs. I agreed, and not only did they come out when they said they would, but the cost was exactly as quoted. No surprises! It was a seamless and perfect experience. We discussed their maintenance plan, which I plan on signing up for in the Spring (no need to do that now that the system has been checked and serviced). It's such a relief to have a company I can call on when I need to. This experience and their reliability have brought me great comfort. And I'm so glad I acted upon that meowing!

Got a text message from another bot (had to "STOP" to opt out) and then a voicemail a little while later. Tip: have humans answer the phone. I won't attempt to describe my issue with a computer.

Unfortunately , another part will have to be replaced, but he got us going and identified the root cause. Hender was professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I enjoyed working with Gavin, he was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. The replacement part arrived one day later and Gavin returned early the following morning to resolve the problem and replace the fan motor. I found him very easy to talk to, he explained things thoroughly and in terms I could understand. I appreciate the way I was kept informed and the fine job done on the repair. He also made sure to clean up around the area and will be my go to technician for any heating, cooling or plumbing issues in the future. Thank you Gavin and Clark's Heating and Air for providing excellent service.
