  Trey was absolutely amazing! He did a fantastic job explaining every step of the work he performed in our home. After completing the maintenance on our HVAC system, he walked me through the inspection sheet in detail and made sure I understood what each item meant. He also cleaned our dryer vent thoroughly, showed me the lint that was removed, and made sure everything was spotless afterward—confirming that we made the right choice in having it done. Trey showed genuine empathy when I shared my concerns and gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled with care. When my husband got home later, Trey even took the time to review everything with him again—without us even asking. That level of professionalism and thoughtfulness really stood out. I highly recommend Trey and Absolute for any heating, cooling, or air quality needs. Their customer service and attention to detail are exceptional!

  Overall 10/10 Amazing place everyone’s very friendly acknowledge they came right on time as told they even send a picture of ur technician to make sure for safety they use shoe covers and Dayden Rogers is amazing when I say amazing I mean amazing he is so friendly and explain everything to me showed me pictures didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need like other places I will definitely be calling him again when I need help with my unit! The woman that scheduled me was very friendly too and said they help with warranties when it comes to the unit over all this is definitely the place to call when needing someone that’s reliable and knowledgeable Dayden got my heat back running in under a hr!!! 10/10

  When I emailed Absolute Climate Control, I was quickly contacted back by the office to set up an assessment for a new mini split. James came to my house to take measurements, photos, and calculate the BTU requirement for my new mini split. He was very professional and friendly, and made the whole process understandable and trouble-free. A couple weeks later we scheduled an install date and Sesar was assigned as the installer. Sesar did an excellent job installing my mini split. He explained all the features very clearly. It is an excellent addition to my home and much more energy efficient and quiet than my old window unit.

  James Nix, with Absolute Climate Control, gave me an in-home estimate for converting my natural gas hvac system to total electric…which I much prefer. The company was easy to contact and worked with me to reschedule my initial estimate. James was extremely knowledgeable and explained my options and cost clearly and fully. I immediately felt I could trust his experience and honesty. I will definitely use this company in the future. Unfortunately, my main electric panel will need to be updated in order to handle a total electric system. (Can’t understand why builders use smaller panels to save a few bucks when home buyers would gladly pay a few hundred dollars more for a house that will accommodate future power needs.) So I’m in the middle of dealing with a separate electrical issue. As soon as that is resolved, I will be contacting James.

  As a new home owner there are many things I don't know about taking care of houses or whom to contact in case of emergencies. Insurance policies only cover certain things and home warranties only last so long. When the AC went out at the end of July, I googled help for the first time and saw a company that handled 24/7 emergency cases. I could book an appointment for the next day and Absolute Climate Control sent me Connor. While some people may have misgivings about a young man handling such an important job, it didn't take me long to realize he was well trained. Due to my lack of knowledge of central air (I didn't even know there was a second circuit breaker just for the AC unit), Connor had no qualms about explaining everything to me in a manner I could understand. I felt like a student and he was an excellent teacher (being an elementary teacher myself I know what it takes to teach others.) With the immediate problem fixed, he allowed me to draw my own conclusions about how I wanted to proceed before scheduling an additional appointment the following day. My original appointment time that morning had to be rescheduled for the afternoon, which also was pushed back. This meant Connor was patient with me and taking care of my house well after working hours. Thank you for your dedication.
