One of their employees smoked inside my condo without my knowledge or permission. 2. The final bill was over $4,200 higher than the original estimate, and no one informed me or asked for approval before the extra charges. To be fair, some of that was a miscommunication regarding me providing the flooring, but that doesn’t come close to accounting for the entire difference. After I posted a review describing this, the company publicly replied that they had “confirmed it was not one of our craftsmen who was smoking.” I have written correspondence from their own management (Palmer Brown, November 2024) explicitly admitting that the craftsman was caught smoking on-site and later terminated. In simple terms, they blatantly lied, their public response was provably false. I have retained all related emails, invoices, and estimates for verification. Check the attached photos for proof. If they had shown even a slight amount of accountability I could have let this go. Throughout every step of this process they have either failed to be direct, hid behind generic corporate PR tactics, and even blatantly and publicly lied, and I have documents to prove it.

We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.
