  Of all the suppliers we used for building our custom home… this has been the worst. Wrong materials delivered, too many delivered, not enough delivered, wrong color windows ordered, straight answers about missing doors took weeks, if they pick up extra materials but aren’t going to credit them back to you due to their condition from being on the job site they aren’t going to tell you until weeks later when you’re trying to find out about where they went, estimates were extremely inaccurate. Sadly, this made everything so much more painful than it needed to be. The experience was so poor, they even told our builder they would understand if he never wanted to use them again. Such a disappointment for a long standing local company. The only positive I have for them is that the delivery drivers were nice. Updating my review because there is so much confusion with our invoices & getting anything straight. How do they stay in business like this?? Since when do local companies not do their best to make their mistakes right? We will not use them again for any project in the future, it would be less of a hassle to use someone out of Jacksonville than to go through this absolute chaos again.
