- LMLuis MartinezAug 19, 20251.0Horrible experience from Amy Gambrell, the owner or manager, not even sure what she is. A job that was supposed to take up to 5 days took almost 2 months. On top of that, she charged me almost twice the amount that she quoted me at the end without my consent and tried to make it out as if she miscalculated the expenses. She was also supposed to get back to me to lower final invoice after I started contesting it, but she never called me back so I was forced to dispute it with the bank. She acted in bad faith. I have NEVER done a bad review in my life, but this is my first one because it was just that bad. Do yourself a favor and just go straight to a contractor. All these people do is look for other contractors to work, so it's a middleman for nothing.

The end result was a perfectly installed inground pool cover, all trash removed and the site cleaned. Was a great experience. Ace Handyman Services and Jackson are highly recommended.

We always provide free estimates over the phone, especially if it is work that will take 3 days or less. You can also email us photos or submit photos online for a free estimate. We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.
