- ABA. B.Nov 14, 20255.0I can only share my experience from my experience getting an estimate that was performed. Replacing a water heater has been my biggest fear for homeownership. But after enough research I felt educated enough to have a decent conversation about what to expect, etc. After a late night emergency call (The manager called me back immediately!!) they were open and honest about costs and what I could do to hold off until the morning. After a little bit of research I was able to drain it independently. I like the fact that they call and text ahead as well as inform you of who is arriving (and their hobbies lol). Tony arrived promptly at the crack of dawn, while I was dreaming, hoping the impending cold shower was merely a nightmare lol. It was a lot less than I expected and Tony didn't jerk me around about the price, finance options and alternatives. At this point I don't even have a desire to call around to hunt for the "best price". Definitely going to follow up with them to complete the new installation. I'll update again once the work is completed. Thanks, Tony and team.

It’s the same diagnosis that my Builder gave me and I said nothing about my builder’s diagnosis to Byron. Pipe expansion. Ready to fight to the end because my townhome is new construction. I’ll trust Universal’s diagnosis ONLY because two plumbers have given me the same diagnosis.
