Aikeem was so kind and took special care to remove his boots due to my brand new white carpeting being installed. His kindness meant a lit to me. And the charge for his services rendered was quite reasonable!

Arrival time was between 11-2 and they were running a little late but I received a call from Claudia regarding the delay which I appreciated. I received a text message with a profile of the technician that was coming to the house. James and Tony were very friendly. They identified the problem and got to work immediately. They were quick and cleaned up the area good. Price was good for the repair. I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs
- RRRobinDec 17, 20253.0Tony was amazing and very helpful!! He was friendly, cleaned up his mess and solved the problem we were having. My three stars is for the company as a whole. We were warned about and charged a $75 service fee for showing up. Ok fine, you charge a fee because your technician has to come to my house, I get it. Then, their fee for unclogging a toilet is $200 on top of the $75!! It took him 5 minutes using a reusable tool to unclog our toilet. It’s totally our fault that one of our kids flushed something down the toilet, but you cannot make me believe that 5 minutes is worth $275. That is called taking advantage of people in need.
