  Greg showed up within an hour of us talking to the office. He was very nice, professional, and got the job done quickly yet efficiently. He came out for an estimate, but was able to go ahead and do the job right then and here. He did a great job and the toilets work perfectly. He also sealed the toilet base beautifully. I was impressed with his work overall. To be honest, I was a bit off put at first because to uninstall, haul away, and install 2 new toilets with 2 new flanges (one of which was complicated due to the stacking of fittings to make a connection to the toilet) the estimate was a little over $4,000 ($600 for one and & $2,000 for the complicated one, the rest of the cost was not specified but maybe labor?). I know the price is probably not fully up to him, but that is quite expensive and $4,000 is by far not just a drop in the bucket. Luckily, we did not need either flange replaced. It ended up being a total of $838. We were happy with that considering he handled everything, hauled away the old toilets, and took the new toilet packaging/boxes. If we need plumbing work again we will definitely call these guys. Top tier quality work!

  OH MY GOODNESS!!! My Lord truly blessed us with Jan Nieto. This service technician is an Angel sent by God. I am so SERIOUS!!! Coming from me, that means a whole lot. My expectations are very high when my money is involved! He is a man of integrity, professionalism, so detail, and very knowledgeable and skilled about his job. Long story short, Atlanta Gas cut our gas off (while my husband and I were working) because of a gas leak their contractor found while doing their routine inspections. We didn't even know we had a leak. The very next day, I started calling around to get quotes. I came across Meetze - it all started with the customer representative...Virginia, she was so nice and understanding and assured me they will try their very best to get someone out ASAP, because others were already ahead of me. I did understand. Within minutes, I got a text someone will be out that same day. Thank God for sending Jan Nieto. He introduced himself, listen to me vent, and explained the action plan of how he will take care of the leak. He got it all done with a smile, within the same day-along with a warranty. I prayed for God to send us the right company/technician, and God blessed us beyond our expectations. Thank you Jesus!!! 🙏😇🙌

  We had an early morning plumbing emergency and this was the first time needing a plumber after 3 years in our home. It's a bit terrifying when you hear what sounds like a waterfall running in your wall. I called Meetze right when they opened and was told they could fit us in the same day but weren't able to give a time. A little over an hour later the technician called to say he was on the way. Greg was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly got to work and located the problem. He even ran out to pick up a part that was needed. He did a great job with the repair and kept everything as clean as possible. Highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs. Thank you!

  Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. They dispatched someone the same day for a leak under sink. Woman I spoke with at dispatch was very friendly and got a tech to come within a few hours. He called when he was 30 minutes away, and I also got a text with info about who was coming. Technician Greg was super fast, really knows his stuff, and was good at explaining options. Friendly and helpful, this guy is a rockstar. He worked quickly and quietly and it seems like a very thorough job. No corners cut, no sloppy or lazy workarounds. It was expensive, like everything is these days, but I don’t think there was any gouging or unreasonable charges, and the work was done well, feel like I got a good value. He answered all my questions well and worked up an estimate for other work I know my old pipes will need done down the road, but didn’t do a pressure sales job. Just a good explanation of the work needed and the options. It all felt very honest and genuinely helpful. I will definitely use them again and will recommend to friends. If they are all as good as Greg, you can’t go wrong.

  Meetze Plumbing is BY FAR the most efficient, up front and honest, caring, and friendly plumbing company that myself, my husband, and my Grandmother have dealt with. First, they don’t charge to come out and the quote/inspection is FREE. Robert came out and did our quote. He promised us the quote wouldn’t change unless they found something else and at that point they would get our signature for approval after a full run down, before starting the additional work outside of the quote, we really appreciated that from Robert. Robert was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest with my husband. Our technician that came out and did the work was Austin. When I tell you Austin worked his butt off without missing a beat, he worked his butt off. We had stubborn roots and an unconventional clean out that gave him a run for his money, but Austin was so kind, never got impatient, or cranky because of all that he went through that day. He was so nice to our children and our dog. Austin honestly went above and beyond and then some, worked hard, and did an exceptional job. He’s very smart and knows what he’s doing. We now have a clean out we can see that isn’t buried 2 feet underground at a 45 degree angle. Thank you Austin and Robert!! Meetze plumbing is our choice when it comes to putting our trust into a company. They have just gain customers for life.
