  Balyn did an awesome job in taking the time to answer my questions and installing the correct thermostat. He made sure I knew how to use the app showing me all the steps and features. I really appreciate the time he took to address all my needs.

  I had a very positive experience working with this company from start to finish. The technical team is professional, knows their stuff, and is very responsive to questions. The office staff is also polite and respectful. My HVAC replacement required coordinating with the Georgia GEFA program. Mr. Hank, the Project Manager, played a crucial role in getting the technical assessment done, submitting paperwork on time, and ensuring the installation was finished before winter. While some companies on the GEFA-approved list take too long to implement, Bailey’s team is definitely not like them. If you need help with the GEFA program, please reach out to this company! The technicians, Noel and Cory, did an excellent job with the installation. From the beginning, I felt like the project was in good hands. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for the excellent work, Bailey’s Comfort Services team—keep it up!

  Our experience with Bailey’s was exceptional. We called the office to get an estimate for a replacement of our AC and furnace about noon. We were able to get a same day appointment with Chase at 2pm. Chase called ahead and showed up on time. He performed a heat load survey to determine the required sizes for the AC and the furnace. He did an incredible job explaining the process and was very thorough discussing the different options including providing advice on what systems were best for the home. We settled on a 2.5 ton Rheem AC and an 80K BTU Rheem furnace. He offered an additional discount since we were not financing.We scheduled to have the systems installed Friday. The warranty is 10 years on the units and 5 years on the labor. Another company was only going to offer a 1 year warranty on labor. Andrew and Miguel handled the install on Friday. Andrew called ahead of time to let us know that he would be coming in about 30 minutes. They showed up on time about 9 am and started right away. The removal of the old systems and installation of the new systems went smoothly and took about five hours. The only concern that I had (which they handled very well) was getting the old furnace out of the attic and getting the new furnace into the attic. It was a tight fit but they handled it perfectly. Andrew was very patient and provided answers to all my questions. Andrew installed the new thermostat and thoroughly tested the systems in both cool and heat modes.They cleared up after themselves and left the place as clean as they found it. We look forward to signing up with Bailey’s for their semiannual maintenance service.

  I had a great experience with Bailey’s Comfort Services throughout the entire process, from reaching out to the company and getting a quote, to the installation of my new HVAC unit. Mr. Pena and his team did a wonderful job with the installation; he was knowledgeable, personable and efficient.

  Scheduled a simple cleaning but with old (18-19 years old) systems, I knew there could be a need for a new system. The technician was upfront and honest about everything. We were given multiple options to fix or replace our systems. He explained what each part worked and had photos to show me of a couple pieces. He really knew his stuff. Everyone from the first phone call was kind and helpful.
