- JGJanessa GraysonSep 18, 20251.0This review is primarily focused on my experience with the Construction Manager, Clinton Cooper. The Sales Agent Micci has been a joy to work with. I am very disappointed in my experience with Clinton Cooper purchasing a new construction with Stanley Martin. During the walkthrough, several items were noted but not addressed prior to or after closing in which he will have you sign off on during the walk through but never completes the work. These included leaving the stairs unstained, paint and markings on the stairwell unfixed, and faucet handles untightened. In addition, I did not receive both garage door openers and had to follow up multiple times before finally receiving the second one, only to be sent a YouTube video to program it myself. More concerning, when I experienced an issue with not having hot water, Mr. Cooper completely stopped communicating with me. This lack of responsiveness and follow-through is highly unprofessional. I've heard of others having a similar experience with Clinton. As a homeowner, I have been left to resolve these issues on my own, which has resulted in a negative overall experience with Stanley Martin.
