I called the office and spoke with Ms. Sam and she was so nice, professional and helpful. She scheduled their Master Plumber to go out there. I know they were very busy but the squeezed us in so there was no damage from the leak in the shower. Ms. Sam kept in contact with me to let me know when to expect the plumber. They went out assessed and resolved the issue. Thank you for your amazing response and professionalism. I will absolutely call them again.
