They set up my service and actually showed up a day earlier than scheduled. The gentleman i first spoke with was very knowledgeable and we discussed different scenarios and options for the service. The 2 Technicians came to my home and greeted me. They asked several questions about the issue i was having then went ahead and did their diagnostics then repaired the issue in a timely manner. After completion of the work they cleaned up the work area then explained to me what they found defective and also what was done to rectify the faulty. I can say that i am very impressed with the total service from start to finish. I will definitely be using their services in the future if the need arises. I will also recommend them highly to anyone I interact with who would be in need of their service
