- JDJohn DavisOct 30, 20255.0We have recently completed a large renovation on a newly purchased home in the area. Lewis Flooring was one of the contractors on the job. Their entire team was amazing! From sales, to job planning, installation and finishing could not have worked with a better group. Not only did we learn a great deal about hardwoods, they also handled carpet repairs in the basement during the project. The hardwood work on the primary floor consisted of running new hardwoods in two previously carpeted bedrooms, repairing hardwoods in a kitchen that was remodeled, stripping the original hardwoods and then working with my wife on a new stain that ran continuously for more than 2000 square feet. The results were better than we could have ever thought - the floors are absolutely beautiful and completely changed the overall appearance of the house. Highly recommend them for amazing results. I would have preferred the installers be more conscientious of their work, so I didn't have to call back and have them take care of a lump left in the carpet from something on the subfloor.
