He also took extra steps to ensure my system was functioning properly. While the part had to be ordered (which is beyond his control), I am very pleased with his work and care for his customer. My part was under warranty and there was no charge. Thank you Devonte!

He took his time to show me specifically what was going on with the unit. He gave me my options for repair. Overall, considering the fact that our heating unit is not working, it was a great experience with Hugo.

They corrected some drainage issues that other Techs had placed incorrectly. The Tech that came on the 5th was great too! Didn't get his name but he was the one to tell me that the drain hose was installed wrong. He also told me that he would make sure it was correct when he came back to put in the part that was needed. However, he didn't come to make the installation of the part. It was Randy & Arianna that came. I showed them the issues and they took care of the issues. In the future any service I need, PLEASE let it be Arianna or Randy or the guy that came on the 5th.
