  Inspector Roofing and Restoration is the best roofing company in Johns Creek, hands down. They started with very through roof ,inspection and storm damage, that we didn't even realize was there. Their team documented everything clearly and helped us ,,through the insurance claim process from start to finish. Once the claim was approved,the handled the entire roof replacement professionally and efficiently. The communication was excellent, the process was transparent and there was zero pressure at any point. They clearly speciallize in roof inspections and storm damage claims and it shows. The new roof looks fantastic and the work was done on schedule with attention to detail.   Inspector Roofing and Restoration is hands-down the best roofing company in Alpharetta. After a storm, they came out and found damage that I honestly didn’t even realize was there. From that point on, Spencer with Inspector Roofing handled everything with my insurance company. He met the insurance adjuster on site, documented all of the storm damage, and submitted all the required paperwork so I didn’t have to stress or chase anyone down. Communication was excellent the entire time, and Spencer explained each step of the process so I always knew what was happening. The roof work itself was done professionally and on schedule, and once the job was completed, they even mailed my warranty directly to me, which was a great finishing touch and showed how organized and thorough they are. If you’re in Alpharetta and dealing with storm damage or an insurance claim, I highly recommend Inspector Roofing and Restoration. Spencer and the team truly make the process easy and stand behind their work.
