I called late at night and spoke with a gentleman that walked me through a few things and he told me what he thought it was. I happen to work at a place that carried the part and decided to try and fix it myself. When I called back the next morning to tell them the same guy answered and instead if getting mad and wanting to bill me for the help he just wished me luck and said if I needed him to call back and he would be glad to come out. In a time were customer service is lost and it's all about money it is nice to know folks like this are still in business and are there to help when you need them. Great folks , great prices and great customer service.
