You would think due to fact of the over abundance of new homes available in Florida someone would pick up the call. Wood frame construction, termite bait traps who’s responsible for the bait traps the homeowner or HOA? I notice a few dead newly planted trees not being replaced. I word of caution to any potential buyer if they can’t return your calls you can forget about getting things done as far as any repairs that will be needed in your home. Almost like buying a used car once it’s off the lot your on your own. Go elsewhere!
