    Made attempts to reach out to them, but the call goes to voicemail. You would think due to fact of the over abundance of new homes available in Florida someone would pick up the call. Wood frame construction, termite bait traps who’s responsible for the bait traps the homeowner or HOA? I notice a few dead newly planted trees not being replaced. I word of caution to any potential buyer if they can’t return your calls you can forget about getting things done as far as any repairs that will be needed in your home. Almost like buying a used car once it’s off the lot your on your own. Go elsewhere!

    I do not recommend moving here. The HOA does not do its job; people park their vehicles anywhere, even blocking the driveways and the tow truck never comes to pick up the illegally parked vehicles, they cut the grass and leave the mulch with grass remains, the grass has patches of weeds and they do not correct it and the water springer are not all working. The pertinent complaints are made but they do not solve anything. In addition, they rarely answer the phone and lastly they increased the cost of the HOA without receiving good service. P.A.: I've been doing this since I moved (from June 2024), and they don't do anything about it. It wasn't until this post that they started using the water springers, thanks for that, but the problem with the parking for when?
