    First, the epoxy on the garage floor is a mess, we have mentioned that to them over and over. doors keep coming off of the hinges. Some of the windows are not properly sealed- found that out during the hurricane. Water blew in around the baseboards. This house is not a year old. Most of the bedroom doors are not properly sealed. We have sent updates to the Warranty Request Department—- they drag their feet about these problems. They sent someone to check out the problems but No Actions to seal our windows, water around the baseboards, epoxy in the garage ( someone rushed to put epoxy on the floor- probably the night before our closing date) because after closing, we started moving in and that epoxy stuff got all over our vehicle tires and is still on them to this day. Someone came out and put the closet doors back on track, but they have fallen again. I am not sure where William Ryan get their Hired Help from Not sure if they got them from the Home Depot parking lot, off a corner, out of a bar, someone in need of work with little to no experience. Pretty house, a lot of pain. I am trying not to bring the legal team or the News Media even. My husband is a Disabled Veteran and we are both up in age. We had paid a lot of money to purchase this home——— this is not right. I am up this morning with calling the Media on my mind. There is no way that we should have had problems like this. We did not hire the 3 Little Pigs to build our home. We moved in April of this 2024, and have given them chance after chance— it is time to move forward (Legally) Neighbor is great, wonderful neighbors, houses are beautiful on the outside and inside, but doors are falling inside, windows are not properly sealed, doors should have knobs to open and close if your crew can’t properly hang doors— this is 2024— why would anyone put sliding door in the kitchen and closet ( this is cheap)
