- JSJohn ScarlataNov 12, 20255.0I just moved to the area and hired Ed's to service my HVAC. Ed's had installed the system so I thought they were the best company to provide service. I was not disappointed. The tech Marshall that came to service my home was excellent, courteous and very sharp. He diagnosed a problem with one of my units and suggested I call for a leak test. Jamie, the next tech, found my problem and later installed a new coil which was under warranty. Again Jamie was excellent and noticed a crack in my pan and replaced it accordingly. I didn't meet Jamie's assistant but again a very courteous guy. This Company has their act together and my dealings with them so far have been 5 stars.
