  Robert was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in way that was easy to follow. He was also thorough in his inspection and let me know a few tips too! I would highly recommend Robert and Strada. They kept me in the loop with when they were arriving and within the appointment window. Overall, I had a great experience!

  Austin Rutkowski was awesome. Great customer service very knowledgeable. Fixed my issue with my toilet. Very prompt. I will be requesting him again when I am ready to replace the equipment in my other two toilets. Very pleased with my service from Strada. This company cares about their customers

  In my experience, Strada is terrible at everything they do. Despite my better judgement, I used them for electrical service. Not only did they not do a good job, they cut some of my low voltage, left a mess, and didn’t tell me about it. Never use Strada - find a local who knows what they’re doing.

  I don't know where to start. First of all it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. They installed two new HVAC units in my house (upstairs and downstairs). Two months latter I found out both units were leaking water behind my walls. I found out because my hardwood floors in the master bedroom started to warp and peel up. They blamed the "float switch" manufacturer and put new float switches in but would not address the hardwood floors. Within days of replacing the float switch, the AC in our master bedroom went out again. The technician did a bunch of work a few hundred dollars and said it was fixed. A few days later it was out again, so I demanded a manager with experience come out, and they sent the manager out. (keep in mind, each time I called, it would take hours and hours of being on hold then disconnected, and then days of that before I would actually get a human being on the phone, then weeks before they had an opening in their schedule) The manager that finally came out said it was a leak in the copper under the foundation and they'd have to run a new line through the attic at thousands of dollars in cost. Meanwhile we had submitted a claim to our home insurance which was naturally rejected because the leaking had gone on too long undetected. In lieu of trusting Strada with any further projects I called another AC company because the second problem was never fixed, and they located the leak in the copper line just outside the compressor and fixed it for $150. My wife and I were planning to sue Strada for the destroyed floors and overall incompetence, but then my wife got a stage 4 cancer diagnosis and we got a little sidetracked with more important matters. My wife has since died from her cancer leaving me alone with our 4 year old son and destroyed hardwood floors both upstairs and downstairs, and me sitting here writing this review.
