  INCOMPLETE PROJECT since July: I was sold on a great professional product. Sales man had great communication up to the point of install. Andersen charges an extremely superior price point for not just the installation and the ok product but for superior service. However, they simply failed to return and complete the installation and project they sold. Andersen closed the permit in July representing completion which has not occurred and I’ve received one return phone call from a rep that promised completion of the install in September. When they closed the permit, the installers were “scheduled” for that week. Crickets since. It’s currently November 2025, and I’ve now been paying on this project for months. I’m still waiting for them to make an effort to complete the half finished project started in July. I’ve been swindled and would not recommend considering this company as the high-end service offered is not that. I should’ve hired a local contractor. That’s just my experience. Thank you,

  My husband and I were initially skeptical about replacing every window and door in our house, but we are thrilled with our decision to choose Renewal by Andersen. The windows and doors exceed our expectations in terms of appearance, quality, and durability. We are particularly fond of our new sliding doors, which are sturdy, easy to open and close, and have a great look. I want to express my gratitude to everyone at Renewable by Andersen who assisted us in making this project possible. In particular, I want to thank the team that installed the windows. Billy Smith’s team, including Rico, Martin, Demer, and Oscar, worked tirelessly to ensure that every window and door was installed correctly. We couldn’t have asked for a better team.

  During the initial sales stage, meeting with Sean was a pleasure. He took his time with me and ensured that I would get the window and door that I wanted and would love. After that, Chanz was an absolute delight when he came to my house to take the measurements. He was very personable and caring and ensured that the installation would be done properly. After the installation, Carson was great to deal with and he ensured that the siding around my window was fixed properly. Wilfredo who fixed my siding was very detailed and fixed it perfectly. From A to Z, I got superb service, and my window and sliding glass door look beautiful! The door makes my house look so modern. The price is high, but you can tell the window and door are of high quality. Thank you Sean, Chaz, Carson, and Wilfredo!

  For me, what makes Andersen windows worth the price tag is the deep commitment to the customer demonstrated at each step in the project. I had the absolute pleasure of working with these Andersen team members: Cary in sales, Chanz in measurements, Miguel's install team, and Hunter on the closeout punch list walk through. The communication I received from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Every team member that reached out to check in on me made sure that I had their name and direct number for future reference. They consistently asked me if I had any questions or concerns on the project. I did all of my windows and one slider door, which is a huge investment---it was extremely reassuring to get such a high level of support across the board from every employee. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen for your next window project! Truly outstanding service!

  I ordered my windows on March 15th 2025. I hear nothing from them until June when I received an email informing me that the windows are now complete. I then get a call telling me that there is an open permit that needs to be closed in order to schedule install. They said I needed to write up a document with the permit # saying I wanted the permit closed, have it notarized, and then send it to them. I wondered why they wouldn’t have let me know about this during the 4 months that the windows were being built, so that I could get the old permit closed in preparation for install. But no problem, I provided the doc on June 23rd and I wait. On August 4th, nearly a month and a half later, they tell me they need a 2nd letter for a different open permit that they missed the first time.. They give me the permit number that needs closing out, but it turns out it was the wrong number, so I needed to go to the notary a 2nd time that afternoon to get it corrected. I send them that doc on the same day Aug 4th. Fast forward to today, nearly 3 months later, I reach out for an update and they tell me that their permitting team needs to submit a document to my city’s permitting department that lets them know we are replacing less than 25% of the windows so the new windows don’t need to be impact rated. This is something that was mentioned by the sales guy the day I ordered my windows, and 9 months later it has yet to be submitted. This company has been in business 100+ years but you wouldn’t know it by how they operate. Renewal by Anderson has been a joke to work with. Please don’t waste your time with them. Use literally anyone else for your window needs.
