  From start to finish this company has a total team of professionals. After contacting Window World they quickly responded to set up an appointment. Nick who came on the scheduled day was extremely informative. Once we decided he returned to take all the measurements and expanded what to expect. Once the windows were ad to the measurements that Nick took an appointment was made to install. The installation team was on time and did a great job installing our new windows. They were quick and curious and extremely respectful of our property. I would recommend them with out a hesitation.

  I want to call out the sales people for being knowledgeable and friendly. They said about 12 to 16 weeks for installation. I placed the order on May 6. They finished Nov. 6. SIX MONTHS LATER for one window. In contrast a friend ordered from another company and got her windows installed 2 months sooner and they even remade one. On July 18 , I received an automated message that my window had been ordered. After waiting well past the promise date, I called and miraculously they were going to call me that very same week because my window was in and ready for install. However, they won't schedule you when you call you have to wait for them to call you on Friday. So if you call on a Monday, expect another week delay before you get a schedule. They said install on October 17 between 9 and 10am. They didn't show. I called and told my appointment had been changed to later in the day. And they didn't value my time enough to tell me. Installer called and said he was on his way but had to run some errands. 1.5 hours later he shows up. I had to point out he had failed to caulk some of the areas of the window and got caulk on the screen. After I supplied a brush he got the caulk off. The inspector came the next week on October 21. I waited till Monday October 27 to call Window World to ask when they were going to finish up the window since the inspection was complete. I was told I had to wait till Friday October 31 to receive a call to schedule the work to be done. No one called me on Friday. So I called again on Monday November 3 to see if I could get them to schedule the finish work. November 6 they finally finished off the window. The guy who came was very nice. He lubricated the window, adjusted the lock and installed the cover piece. Do I like the window? Yes it is a nice window. Does it work well? So far. But no hurricanes yet. Would I use Window world again? No, never. Obviously they have some issues with their customer support and with the production of the window. I tend to think they had my one window in the warehouse and just set it aside because my job wasn't big enough for them to schedule it. Why else did my window just happen to appear when I called them asking about it? I can't recommend them just based on the service I received the product seems fine and well made. Again, it hasn't survived a hurricane yet. I gave them 2 stars because the product was good and the sales people and the finish guy were good. I'm not blaming the sales people for the promised time not being kept. I suspect it wasn't them. Oh and I feel the price is reasonable based on what my friend paid for her identical window.

  Signed contract 1/19/24 for $32,000 and given 8-10 wk timeframe. Ghosted for 4 months despite numerous texts, emails & phone calls to them. 6/26/24 received phone call explaining that there had been a permitting issue & they needed to get the engineering committee involved & it created delays. Windows won't be in until Aug & will call us & put us on first priority. 8/26/24 Crew arrived just before noon. Finished up late on day two. Unable to complete the job due to the two smaller kitchen windows were the wrong size. They also noted that they had the wrong tracks for the sliding glass doors. So they needed to order 2 more windows and tracks for the sliders. Jan 2025 – returned to install 2 kitchen windows & tracks for sliders & discovered that the screens for the sliding glass doors are not the right size. Job remains incomplete. March 6, 2025 – arrive to install sliding door screens & discover the screens are the wrong type. Job remains incomplete. April 2025 job finally done 15 months later. Not just one error but many, many errors from start to finish. Terrible company. Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before hiring. Would have gone with a competitor even though the cost was more.

  If I could leave negative stars, I would. It took almost a YEAR to get my windows installed correctly. No communication, no apologies, no rush to correct the issues with the windows they installed, no offer to refund anything for the inconveniences or delay, etc. Their expected completion timeframe of 12-16 weeks is a complete joke. I had to get corporate involved through a personal contact of mine in order to get Window World Polk to even come back to my house and look at how horrible their windows were. They weren't ordered in the correct sizes, so they used a ton of filler around each window. Some of the windows didn't even open or close at all, and all of them were missing screws. Oh, and the wrong screws were installed as well. One was even wobbling out of the frame. They came out to "fix" it, and the crew looked at the windows, gave the excuse that they didn't have the correct parts, and left saying they had other customers to take care of. As a business owner, everything about my experience with this location was HORRIFIC and I will make sure everybody I know hears about the horrible experience we had with Window World Polk. I could literally go on and on about the issues that I had with them, but I've already wasted almost a year of time arguing with them to just get the job done, that I don't want to waste another minute on them. But I surely hope that everyone does their research before hiring them for anything because they are quick to take your money and then procrastinate on delivering or fulfilling their end of the deal. HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND SHOULD NOT BE BBB ACCREDITED 100%.

  I use to say they were the best and would recommend them to everyone and anyone but not anymore, we have used this company multiple times over the years and they continue to get worse with time not better. Not sure what’s going on with them but it’s not good. They don’t have good help maybe or maybe they can’t find people to work, but I would definitely check with other company’s before using these guys. They schedule you for appointments and don’t show up, then act as though it’s nothing when you call, like your time is not as valuable or important as theirs and you had nothing better to do than sit around the house and wait for them to not show up. When they do come do a job they leave the trash laying all over the ground outside and then complain when you call to have them come clean it up, and yes it’s on camera so we don’t have to worry about being said that we are making things up. They leave a mess and shims all over the area inside and that looks nice too - maybe we are supposed to wait until the inspection is done to move anything or get shit back in order - I don’t know. Enough of a rant, I will say the last two houses we used them for has been a complete nightmare and I hope we don’t ever have to use them for warranty issues, let’s say this - I personally would not recommend them to my worst enemy, right down to the people in the office and scheduling staff.
