Replacing a roof is one of the most expensive things a homeowner will ever do to their home, so you want to get it right. After contacting several companies that service Polk County, I settled on RIG Roofing. I was very pleased with the sales representative, Trey, and his attention to details and his quick responses to my questions. Tyqurrius, “Ty”, the job supervisor was awesome. He met with me several times during the project and reassured me that things would be done right, as they were. Ty even helped me move spare shingles into my attic, which went well beyond the call of duty. There was minor damage to a window sill as might be expected during such work; however, not one, but two managers came out and repaired it: it looks like new. With some companies, I believe my request to restore the window sill would have fallen on deaf ears; RIG took responsibility and fixed it. The new roof looks wonderful and quickly passed inspection. I highly recommend RIG Roofing, without hesitation.
