He did exactly what we needed, kept us updated every step of the way, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. He was flexible, genuinely cared about the work, and never tried to upsell or hustle us like other companies we spoke with. His insight and professionalism were top-notch, and we’re truly grateful to him and his team. He took care of the best part, which was to calm our nerves. We would absolutely use Titan Mold Remediation again if ever needed. Highly recommend!

  Great company with quality workmanship. Even when we ran into an insurance coverage issue they were able to resolve things thoughtfully so don't believe some of the review that make comments saying something else.

  I called Titan frantic because I saw black spots on the ceiling in my bathroom. They came right away and did a free inspection and had an estimate to me within 24 hours. I was so stressed out because I had to work with the insurance company to get a claim and I didn't know anything about mold, but Titan handled everything for me and even dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have any problems. The customer service was exceptional and the quality of work is perfect. I am so happy with everything they did for me from the beginning to end. They are all about the customer, which is so hard to find these days.
