Since then no one has been able to confirm an installation date. Many calls made but I'm told to call a different person or I will get a call back. STILL WAITING...HELP Got a call back on Tues and an appointment for Thurs. The crew arrived and were professional and efficient. Installation complete and looks very nice. I hope that I don't have to rate the durability any time soon.(No hurricanes, please) I will add 3 stars to my initial review.
