- EPEric PruittDec 18, 20255.0Five-Star Service – Truly Outstanding Work I had my entire air-conditioning system replaced, including the AC unit and air handler, and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish. Jay and Eric went well above and beyond what was required. To install the new air handler, they had to remove the drop-down ceiling ladder to access the attic. When everything was complete, instead of reinstalling the old wood ladder they offered to replace it with a brand-new aluminum one—and did so without hesitation. The drop-down attic access in the garage now looks better than it ever did. The house is colder and more comfortable than it has ever been. The workmanship was first-class, the attention to detail was outstanding, and the job was done right. Thank you, Jay and Eric, for a truly five-star job. She asked me my name, I told her. Then she laughed and said "No the company". Then I told her the company name and told her we have never hired them before. Her reply was "I can give you the email but I'm not sure he would go for it!". So I thanked her and hung up. Clearly they aren't looking for business. If they are, she is turning people away.

We also had a thorough discussion on a few ways to improve conditions in my attic which we planned to do when the weather cools some.
