I had new floors installed last September, the color of the molding pieces by the sliding doors turned yellow due to sun exposure. There was a few months delay to get the moldings replaced and once they came in they were the incorrect width. and I'm glad because by February the floor started separating. The salesperson, Lisa, never came to see the molding issue or the issue with our floor until we asked her to come see it. Once she came over due to our persistence, I was I was told it was a vendor issue and I was able to select a new laminate floor with the same vendor, Stanton Flooring. Then new floor was ordered and was about to be installed in May, but it also did not interlock properly and the installer advised us to not continue. I reached out to corporate leadership (took a few days as they were out of the office) and they were very apologetic and told us to find a new floor and they'll replace it again because they want their customers happy. We chose a new floor that unbeknownst to me was more expensive, after all the flights back and forth from NY and staying in a hotel over a weekend because I had no floor and plenty of dust, they asked me for another $1800. We settled on a lower amount only because I was tired of the back and forth, but I feel for all the trouble we went through, Mr. Louis Morano (owner) could have just taken the hit. Finally, a beautiful new floor was installed July 2nd, but no one thought of ordering the transition pieces. On July 23, the transition pieces were finally installed though the incorrect size was ordered and the installer made the best out of what he had. I finally have a lovely floor after all this chaos. Three points for company improvement: 1. When there is an installation issue - the salesperson should come to the site immediately without being asked by the customer. 2. Communication between installers and whomever is ordering the product needs to be vastly improved. Every time a new floor was installed there was an issue with the transition pieces or molding not being ordered or the incorrect size was ordered. 3. After a customer has gone through the hell that we went through, don't ask for more $. Though it took a long time to address the issue, they did address it and for the most part kept in contact and provided updates.

Recently we had Capital do three rooms in our home. They needed new flooring badly. Cindy, Sales, was very helpful in making our selection. She gave us a great deal and we signed up! On install day, Johnathon and Victor got to work. These guys were fast, clean, courteous and most of all very good at what they do. Our floors look great thanks to the Team at Capitol Wellington!

Charley was an exceptional salesman and very helpful. Although installation of the entire 2 nd floor can be noisy and stressful, the quality of the work is impeccable. Worth every penny.
