- MGM GAug 14, 20251.0Horrible experience. After 18 weeks, I only had a gutted bathroom with rough electric and plumbing. I had to hire someone else to finish the job. The owner, Manny, constantly lied about scheduling times. He complained about not having enough money to pay his crew. Some of the reviews are written by his contractors, so they are not valid customers. He invoices sales tax, but does not have a sale tax certificate. Never got my money back from the work he never did. Just a bad company!

Yes, the project took a little longer than expected, but it was totally worth it because everything was finished with quality and precision. I’d much rather have someone take their time and do it right than rush through it. My experience was very positive. Communication was always professional, and any concerns I had were handled respectfully. To this day, everyone who visits my home compliments the design and craftsmanship. I’m sad to see negative reviews because in my experience, Kitchen 21 Designs delivered excellent work. I highly recommend them and would gladly work with them again. 💯
