  Had a leaky pipe at the faucet on the exterior of my house. Looked online for a plumber near me. Found Kurtz Plumbing that was only a few miles from me. When the plumber arrived, he took one look and said that he couldn't repair that type of plastic pipe. Said he could knock a hole through the wall of my house and replace the pipe with different material. Not wanting him to put a hole in my house, I declined. He told me that he had to charge me $85 for the 2 mile trip he made. What kind of so called plumber can't fix a leaky pipe? Called a handyman and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes for $25. Worst experience ever with a plumber. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. Any respectable plumber would not charge for something that he wasn't skilled enough to fix.

  What a fabulous company. I had my regular plumber out twice due to a back up. There conclusion was that the pipe had build up and I would need to replace it.... Thankfully my neighbor advised me to call Kurtz, I left a message and was called back within a 1/2 hour. I explained the situation, scheduled an appointment. John came out and within 20 minutes had discovered the issue. They were clean courteous and reasonably priced. Thank again for saving me thousands. LLFG
