- STSandy TallmanNov 8, 20231.0We had a bad experience with The Pad Place. Buyer beware . . . make sure you inquire about the installation process. Our one day job evolved into three days. The installers were significantly late all three days with lack of communication. We were not living in the home so we went all three days in the morning waiting for them to arrive at the time they gave us, but they arrived up to 6 hour late. Upon completion our baseboard moldings were in such bad shape, they had to be repainted. I called the owner twice - he replied one time, but never replied back the second time. This is no way to run a business. I normally try to support the mom and pop businesses in our community, but I will not be using the Pad Place for any future flooring.
