I have to be honest here, I had called 2 other AC companies before Alford and both of them knew my system was under warranty, but kept it from me and then tried to charge me double for the part that was under warranty (plus labor). I cannot express how grateful I am to Alford. THANK YOU, sincerely! You have a customer for life!!
