- MLMichael LevineJan 4, 20261.0They charged our family almost 8K for a replacement of our apartments HVAC a bit over 2 years back and the motor on the fan broke. It was “covered” by the warranty except for the part(?), paperwork to access the warranty ( are they kidding) and of course the labor. Another $540. Then we have an issue with the water and need to turn it off but they have jammed the new unit so severely into the closet (and one of the plastic valves has already broken too) that we cannot safely access the Jerry-rigged valve they added when installing the unit to shut it off. This will now cost us thousands to take the unit out, and fix the water shut off! Based on other reviews I have to assume that this is an exception and something really went wrong on their team here! My dad was 92 years old when they made the sale of the HVAC and screwed up the water access. Truly unbelievable.

He arrived and helped resolve the issue. They left everything spotless within my condo. However. It does not appear they used the pads as suggested when on the roof. Because of their difficulty I was told a quality check would be done in a few weeks. Overall, I was impressed with their patience and teamsmanship.
