She explained how I would be communicated with. Texts and phone calls. Billy took over communications letting me know when he would be arriving. Since I wasn’t there called to let me know what he found. Fixed the issue and called when he was complete. Let me know the amount to be charged to the card, confirmed I was ok with this and asked if I had any questions. Overall an excellent experience from start to finish.
