- JDJennifer DiRienzoApr 4, 20183.0All in all the experience had ups and downs! Our sales lady was great, contractor was good too. A couple of problems I do have is our lawn was laid horrendously and will take forever to establish due to meting uneven and there a lot of patches. The major problem I do have though is the fact that we were under the impression that the same elevation house could not be built across, beside or caddy corner to us. We live on a cul de sac road there are 6 houses 3 of which are the same house same elevation! The 2 that are here now are not to bad because one is on one end and one is on the other end. The new one they just started building is literally right near us and will be painted the same color as my neighbors house. I’m not really sure of what the policy is but I would have thought that they wouldn’t clump the same house.?
