- LALazaro AdamsJun 21, 20251.0My wife posted a review and you all responded that you don't have her listed as a customer when she indeed is! We purchased a home to be built from you all in 2021 and regret even using you all as a builder. Someone by the name of Lauren Baker called my wife last month about the complaint and gave her their extension and all informing my wife that she was going to escalate this, and Lauren has yet to call back. We’ve been calling and leaving messages to Lauren’s voicemail and no call has been returned so at this point we’re taking this to the BBB. Our kids tub is now severely damaged after the bandaid the builder tried to do instead of replacing a damaged tub when our home was first built and we want the tub replaced. As my wife stated in her review, we have several issues with our home. We will now make a complaint with the BBB.
