There is a hole in the roof, the side is cracked and broken to the point of being able to see outside (and in) and the door is badly warped that you can see who is in the unit. The urinal box looks like someone used it for other purposes than urine. As far as cleaning, I think they forgot it is here because we have not seen anyone ever clean this unit in the past two-three weeks.
