They were late to the appointment, and when they finally showed up, the technician was unprofessional and seemed rushed. The job wasn’t done properly—my pipes are still leaking! I had to call another plumber to fix the mess they made. To top it off, they charged me way more than the estimate. Customer service was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. Save your money and time and look for someone else!

At first the signed quote was for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, even though I mentioned to them several times that my laundry and 1 bathroom was already PVC, but they said since its a new job, new pipes are required. Fast forward 1 week and they said that the job was done but they never touched my laundry or other bathroom? They didn't even mention anything, so I did, and they said since the piping is fine they don't have to replace it. They charged me for a full job, but only did half! Don't even try to negotiate with them because they are so rude. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. After that my water heater "suddenly" stops working right after the job, leaving my husband, MY 3 MONTH OLD, and I without hot water!! I mention this and they try to push ANOTHER quote on me??? Like are you kidding me?? Foreman ends up saying it's their fault! Again I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The office and company in general is unprofessional! Rude and sloppy work. Update: I have proof of my invoice? Not sure how I’m not a real client since I paid you?

They were prompt, the crew were very polite, tarps were placed down and the clean up left no mess. I would highly recommend them.
