- KFKristin FosterJun 25, 20255.0I want to share my appreciation for the exceptional work First Onsite and it's team has consistently delivered on three separate occasions at the apartment community I manage, all in response to hurricane damage. Our first restoration project involved 37 units impacted by Hurricane Idalia. Daniel Rohe served as the project manager, and his professionalism and efficiency made the entire process incredibly smooth. The second restoration was for four units damaged by a fallen tree during Hurricane Debby. Judson Day led this smaller project. Our third and most extensive project involved 144 units with severe storm damage from Hurricane Helene. The day after the hurricane, Daniel Rohe personally reached out to me, checking on our community since he knew we were in Helene's path. Due to the extensive damage, a new team was assigned to us, including Rich Veldman, Michael Mowrer, Matthew Hansen, and Julien De Luca, who served as our contacts and project managers. These gentlemen were incredible. The restoration began in October 2024 and was completed in May 2025. The entire team was incredibly professional and caring throughout the project. Their communication and knowledge to ensure the project was handled in a timely and effective manner was impeccable. I could not ask for a better group to work with. After spending months with the team, I am so thankful to have worked with such an amazing group. The entire First Onsite team has consistently demonstrated outstanding service and dedication, and I am truly grateful for your partnership.

If you’re doing door-to-doors, DO IT. Don’t pretend to do your job and unnerve half the neighborhood. Also, definitely don’t park in the way of peoples’ driveways and mailboxes. I mean, honestly.

First Onsite of Tallahassee (Kris, Michael, and all the guys) have been professional, honest, and kind. The work that I've tested behind has been such that they've passed every post-mold remediation verification assessment the first time (believe it not most remediators do not pass the first post-examination).
