- CCCynthia CurtisJan 2, 20265.0Earl’s Well Drilling is so awesome! It was New Years Eve and suddenly I had no water. Their technician, Leonard, arrived within an hour and discovered my well pump had gone bad. He took the time and explained everything to this old lady in terms I could understand. He answered my questions with patience and was so professional. Leonard and another technician came out this morning(1/2) and got me water! I had been given an estimate on New Years Eve and to my surprise, the actual bill was $500 less than the estimate. Why? Because some of my parts were actually good and did not need replacing! Total honesty! Not sure other companies would have been that honest. This company is an honest to goodness exceptional business!

For coming out on the weekend tried everything under the sun to try to get me water but it wasn’t too be. Turned out the pump was testing bad. They couldn’t change my pump then because my well house had to be removed for them to have access for their truck so the tech said that they would call me the next day setup an appointment. Well they did I had the well house removed the night prior. So they came out and replaced the pump. The team that was sent did a great job in less time then expected. Again thank you to the owners for having such great technicians on staff. Ocklawaha Resident
