The final cost for putting in one door, that is one entry door from the garage was $1100. They did not apologize and claimed I should be happy that the extra hours it took were not billed to me. And the door is Not what I ordered. It is not white and I need to get it painted. They do not care and did not offer a refund. As I mentioned, Marie thought I should be happy I was not billed for the six hours it took to replace one door. Marie suggested early on that I was not telling the truth and that she had all the times and prices. I need to be more grateful. I gave them a chance to make it right. One door from the garage to the kitchen, Wrong door, wrong color, six plus hours, $1100 and they wanted more. The tech wanted over $1200. I had enough cost increases at that point and I asked for Kayla to call me. She did not. The tech could get her on the phone at 7:30 at night, but she skipped town and was not available for me. Update. The reply is inaccurate and well no truthful. The hinges were discussed with the tech When He Arrived. Just an example of how bad they can be. Anything to avoid an apology and acceptance of a bad job. Blame the customer. I Did Not Select the Door. It has a dead bolt. The tech said he had no choice, but to bring the door he brought. It seems the tech needs to be brought into this discussion.

We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.
