He arrived on time and had all the correct tools needed to complete the job. He explained what he was doing and the necessary procedure to fix the door. He was very personable and worked within the contracted time allotted for the job. This is the second time we have engaged the services of Ace Hardware. The price is fair and the handymen have done an excellent job. I will be using them again for my next project.

- ASanna siscoNov 9, 20251.0It was the worst experience! Handyman came in angry. Said his boss calls him, every 15 minutes, to tell him how much time he has. First job was two toilets. Both he could not complete, broke the flange, used some much caulking and broke the caps to cover the top screws. I had to pay another plumber to come fix and repair them as they were leaking under my floor, at a later date because the leak was not apparent for a while. Then the ceiling fan and storm door. He could not balance the ceiling fan. The storm door looked like a child tried to install it. He came back and was very angry because he said someone called and complained about him. His demeanor and language frightened me.

We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.
