Based on our discussion about our project needs for replacing carpet in 4 bedrooms with either LVP or Laminate, he recommended RightWood Hydrangea laminate to coordinate with our tile floors throughout the rest of the house. We shopped other well known retailers and no one had a better offering including flooring and installation as well as backing the workmanship of the whole project, not just the floors. Pricing was very competitve, especially for installation. The floors were installed and look beautiful. The installers were very professional and efficient and came when they said they would. There were no surprise extra charges.

Several years after installation, bumps began appearing on our floor. When I contacted Floors Direct, I was immediately assured by Kent that the issue would be addressed. A floor repair person was sent to our home that same week. He was professional, informative, and confirmed that this was an uncommon issue. He then submitted a report to Kent. Upon speaking with Kent, he graciously informed us that our floor would be replaced at no cost including labor. He invited us to the store to select either the same flooring or another option within the same price range. When we met with Kent, he was incredibly helpful, showing us various options we decided on a different floor. Kent even providing a full case of flooring to take home so we could ensure we liked it before making a final decision. This level of customer service is truly outstanding, especially when unexpected problems arise.
