Complete Waste of Time and Money
This company was a complete rip-off. I was charged $99 just for the service call, even though I clearly explained the issue on the phone. It was one light switch that was tripping the breaker—nothing else.
When they arrived, before even looking at anything, they told me it would be $445 for a “whole-house diagnosis.” I explained multiple times that I did not need a whole-house inspection—just one switch. They said that was the only service they offer and the whole house was “included,” whether I needed it or not.
They offered to deduct the $99 service call from the $445, but I would still have to pay additional repair costs on top of that. I declined their service and hired another electrician instead.
The other electrician fixed the issue in 15 minutes and charged me $129 total.
This was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this company.

I had a full house repipe done. This was a huge job! Everyone from Lickety Split that I came in contact with was, friendly, professional and very efficient.
Chris and Carlos was the main team that competed the work on my house. They were extremely hard-working, they did not stop from the time they arrived at my home to the time they left in the evening. Chris was the lead on the project and he was amazing! He ensured everything was completed with the highest quality. He was very patient with me when answering my questions, and I asked many!
He represented his company at the highest level.
I strongly recommend this company for fixing any plumbing issues!

Called to have a simple outlet repair. They turned it into my breaker box was going to cause a fire and needed to be replaced immediately. Work was done well but they pressured us with making it sound dire and needing to immediately do the work and after talking to neighbors with similar experiences saw how ripped off we were by the price. Horrible to do that to anyone especially a military family. Would recommend their individual electricians who were professional and did great work but their business practice and prices are shady and unprofessional. Will never be calling them again for work. I will also be advising all military members in the Jacksonville area to stay well clear of this company.

Paid over $300 in advance on Saturday to be serviced first thing Monday morning for our septic tank. It is now Tuesday afternoon and have not received any service. We have spoke to several "supervisors" who have all continued to tell us they are on the way. "Heading there soon", "on the way now". We were told the day of our service that it's okay they are running behind because they work until midnight and have their own lights they can use to still come out to do before the day is done. They tried to say that they were running behind because of the holidays being closed. This is completely irrelevant to us as we PAID and secured a time slot for 8AM-11AM on Monday. At 9pm we were told they were closed due to the tank being full. Spoke to a manager this morning who said they were on the way. It's afternoon, no word back. This has disrupted our household and having to put our lives on hold for this to be fixed. This place is a scam. They are not even accredited. DO NOT CALL THEM. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! Dispute any charges from this place. To go over 24 hours without service when we already paid a few hundred dollars is asinine. Google asks "which service did you get?" None. That's the problem. Read the reviews, people have even admitted they are 'asked' to do a 5 star review while they're on site. We can confirm this because they did this to us during our A/C service. Keep in mind they were the last ones who serviced our septic. Clearly they just take your money. Please understand all of these positive reviews are false.

Do not deal with this company! They are charging outrageous prices for their services. I scheduled an electrical repair on under counter lights on line. The website said there would be a 2 hour window for the visit and an $99 charge for them to make a visit. I then received a call and was told the window would be 5 hours not 2. I paid the $99 fee and the technician showed up well within the allotted time. The tech was great. He was respectful courteous and professional. After looking at the under counter lights I was told there would be a $444 charge for the diagnostic on the lights not counting any parts that would be required for the repair. I was an electrician in the Navy many years ago and I am a retired builder, having built several hundred single family homes in my past and owned my company for over 30 years. This company is extremely over managed. The employees I dealt with were wonderful but the company structure is such that this is an obvious money grab. Don't waste your time with this company unless you want to be ripped off.
