    First let me say we were extremely blessed for this to be the extent of the damage. The outlet had burned and we were very nervous about the repair. David from Lickety Split, came in, troubleshot, and gave us his expert advice and opinion as well as alternative options and suggestions down the road. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty. He was able to take care of the repair and ensure things were good to go. All under 2 hours explaining the process along the way. If we ever have any more issues, Lickety Split will be the first call.

    I called in last night to see about getting an appointment and because I am a renter I could not get the help I needed. The lady stated I needed the owner to call in to give me authorization to complete the appointment request which is absolutely ridiculous because half the time the owners do not even live in the same state or country. I also pay all the bills as per my lease and I’m responsible for anything that happens while I’m living in their home. Not sure why they wouldn’t help or the logistic behind the business practice.

    TLDR: Terrible customer service, takes weeks to get parts, good luck getting someone to call back when you need information. I was impressed with their work...at first. In August, my AC started having problems with a motor going out. They gave me detailed information about what needed to be fixed and after spending several thousand dollars on labor for warrantied parts, they said that would keep my AC working. The parts took two weeks to come in and I had to call repeatedly to get any info about when they would be there. It did not fix the problem, and it created a new one. A couple of days later, the AC would blow air but not cool. Called them back, and someone came out, told me it was insulation that fell on the fan, but they fixed it, and now it will work. It did not. They also told me everything else was working great, no issues. After a couple of days, same issue. I called back and left my name and number so they could call back and schedule something because apparently that's not something the people answering the phones can do. Two weeks later, no call, no one showed up to fix. I had to call back. Someone came out and said it was a sensor that was bad, and they could install it the next day or so. They assured me everything else was working great, but it was an old unit (5 years) and it was "going to do what it was going to do". After a couple of days, it stopped working again. When I got someone out this time, I'm told that yet another part was bad, and he didn't have the part. Then I was told I had a coolant leak, but it's been leaking for a long time. First time I have heard that one. I've been waiting over a week for the part. I have been calling every day this week asking if the part is in or when I can expect it. All I get is "we'll have a manager look into it, and they'll call you back." Guess what? No calls. AT ALL. And today, I had the pleasure of leaving my name and number with an AI Bot instead of a real person. By far the rudest tone for a "customer service" rep. I DID get a call back today, but only to be told again that they would check with the manager and have someone call me. I'm not holding my breath. I would caution anyone looking into using this company to find ANYONE else to do the work. Worst experience ever.

    This was the first time I called this company to come out for some plumbing issues for me, and I couldn't be happier. Starting with, they answered the phone promptly, and were able to come out to my house first thing the next morning. The tech that came out was very cordial, and listened intently when I explained the issue. He asked follow-up questions to ensure he fully understood what was happening before starting any work. When he was done, he made sure I was happy with what he did, and made sure I didn't have any more questions or concerns before he left. Their main office even then called me shortly after to further ensure everything went well, and if I had any more questions. Overall, very happy with this company, and if I have any other plumbing issues, this will be the first place I call.

    Very professional accurate Curtis well groom no very intelligent on what he was doing got to the point I appreciate service like that very polite like I said in their tenant to what he was doing and plan of knowledge for him to be so young I appreciate that and I will be dealing with you again from the service that I got I really appreciate you for sending them out and someone else that's compatible to his standards and capable thank you thank
