Lewis introduced himself, told me he was the technician from Rooter Ranger Plumbing. Lewis was very polite told me what he was there to do. Overall Lewis was very professional.

Rooter Ranger had great reviews, so why did my tankless water heater look so messy and unprofessional? One bad plumber. Fortunately, he's since left the company. Now, the system looks professionally installed and works very well. I feel comfortable recommending them now.

Lewis very proper and friendly started to work immediately and finished his work within 1 hour. I was very pleased. My sinkerator was not drain properly, water was backing up in the diswasher'. Lewis cleaned and explained to me what he was doig and why this was happening. He suggested a maintenance cleaning every year. I was definatelly satisfied. Thank you Rooter Ranger.
